The second quarter of 2025 brought continued growth, renewed connections, and tangible impact across the Donaldson community.
Over the past three months, Donaldson expanded its footprint with the addition of five new properties, totaling over 1,250 units in Maryland and Washington, D.C. Each community strengthens our presence in the region and reflects our ongoing commitment to operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and long-term value creation. This expansion underscores our ability to scale business while maintaining the personalized, high-touch service that defines the Donaldson standard.
Donaldson also held its first in-person, company-wide Town Hall in more than six years. The event recognized major milestones, including Mike Mathis being named Property Manager of the Year by Multi-Housing News and Angelique Wheelock’s 20-year career at Donaldson. Employees also contributed to a food drive benefiting So What Else, reinforcing our shared dedication to community service. The event featured on-site wellness screenings by Health Fairs Plus and powerful discussions led by Lifework Strategies on empathy in the workplace.
Donaldson also continued its leadership in affordable housing advocacy, serving as a Bronze Sponsor at the Affordable Housing Conference of Montgomery County. Company leaders joined regional and national voices to explore solutions to today’s most urgent
housing challenges. Through Donaldson Impact Investments, we’re not only engaging in those conversations; we’re driving change, including the preservation of 172 affordable
homes through our recent acquisition of Country Place Apartments in partnership with AHC Inc.
From portfolio growth to mission-driven partnerships, Donaldson’s second quarter was a testament to our continued evolution as a trusted leader in multifamily housing.
Real estate investors and ownership groups seeking a strategic, results-driven partner in multifamily property and asset management can rely on Donaldson to deliver tailored solutions that maximize performance and long-term value, regardless of the complexity of the challenge.
