Paid Time Off
Donaldson has one of the most progressive time off programs in our industry. We offer a standard two weeks of vacation at hire, which increases to three weeks after 5 years of tenure. Additionally, Donaldson recognizes all of the standard holidays, grants each employee 6 days of sick leave per year, and offers each team member 2 additional personal days, 1 floating holiday, and their birthday off with pay on an annual basis. Employees who reach tenure milestones, such as 10- and 15-year anniversaries, receive additional days off to celebrate their achievement.

We partner with local and national organizations to give back to our communities in meaningful ways. Front-line employees are involved in company-organized, hands-on activities; some recent examples are rebuilding homes through Rebuilding Together Montgomery County and serving meals at Shepherd’s Table. We also support our employees’ individual service efforts by offering 8 hours of paid time off to spend helping their favorite charity each year and we involve interested team members in our Donaldson Cares Committee.
