This past week, several of Donaldson’s leaders traveled from our Rockville, MD headquarters to San Diego to attend the Yardi Advanced Solutions Conference (YASC 2025), a gathering of more than 5,000 property management professionals focused on innovation, technology, and connection.
Representing Donaldson at YASC were CFO Sylviane Nguyen, SVP of Property Management Misti Mitchell, Director of Accounts Receivable Aminata Berry, and Property Management Operations Analyst Bridgette Paiva. Everyone returned energized and inspired, ready to apply new knowledge and insights into their work.
“It was an amazing experience,” said Sylviane Nguyen. “We learned much, explored much, but did not forget to have great fun in between.”
The conference offered more than 250 sessions on technology, strategy, and operations, equipping attendees with tools and ideas to drive innovation across the industry. From exploring cutting-edge software solutions, to connecting with peers nationwide, YASC served as both a learning hub and a catalyst for collaboration.
